Rotary was built on face to face interactions that created friendships that effected lasting change in our communities. With the challenges of today, fellowship looks very different. Does this mean that Rotary has lost one of its vital, core values, or will Rotary be able to adapt to a new way of connecting with each other and our community? Brad will explore the essential qualities of Rotary and why we should all be optimistic of Rotary’s future.
Brad served as RI Director (2015-17) representing Zones 25-26 on the west coast of the US. He has been on the front lines of the membership issue, researching, talking to folks, analyzing, and creating responses to the challenge we have with membership in North America. Join Brad for a thoughtful discussion about how we adapt to our ‘new normal’.
